What counts as a member
Only activated accounts count. Ever.
A member is someone who actually signs in to ChurchFam. Invite your whole church on day one; only the people who activate an account count toward your plan, and your bill only grows when your people do. Importing your directory from Planning Center is on the roadmap.
Your price and Activated Member limit will not change during your current paid monthly or annual billing period.
Billing questions, answered plainly
Yes. Every feature is included for 30 days, with nothing due today and no credit card needed to start. Add a card any time before the trial ends to keep going. If you don’t, nothing is charged.
Add a card any time during the trial and your church moves onto the plan you chose, with nothing changing for members. If the trial ends before you add one, nothing is charged: your church stays readable for 14 days, then pauses. Your data is kept, and adding a card brings everything back.
Switch any plan to annual billing and pay for 10 months instead of 12, billed once a year. You can move between monthly and annual at any time from your church’s billing settings.
Your price and Activated Member limit will not change during your current paid monthly or annual billing period.
